Project Summary:
The Nursing and Midwifery Support Project is a healthcare initiative by the Humanity Outreach Initiative (HOI), hosted exclusively at Landmark Healthcare. This project is designed to provide critical maternal and child health services to underprivileged women and families.
Through professional nursing and midwifery care, the project seeks to reduce maternal and infant mortality, promote safe delivery practices, and support mothers during the pre- and postnatal periods.
Key services include prenatal health education, supervised deliveries, postnatal checkups, breastfeeding support, and community health outreach. The initiative ensures that vulnerable women receive compassionate, skilled care regardless of their socio-economic background.
The project welcomes participation from volunteers and interns in nursing, midwifery, and healthcare, offering them the opportunity to contribute meaningfully while gaining hands-on experience in a real clinical setting.
